Interview with Costel. Just before leaving, our EVS volunteer, Costel Dobrescu, from Romania, gives us an interview. He arrived in Santa Coloma de Gramenet 6 months ago and leaves with a bag of experiences. We know we will meet again along the way. Do not miss his interview!

We interview Nikola. Days before the end of his 6-month volunteer, our Macedonian EVS volunteer, Nikola, sat in the Mundus interview chair to tell us a bit of his experience. Erasmus + experience in Macedonia. From June 17 to 26, Sarah, Ágata, Said, Carlos, Onhilda and Mónica represented MUNDUS in the Arktos youth exchange and VCS (Volunteers Center of Skopje) "Increasing Quality of Youth Work" that took place in Brajcino, next to Prespa lake (Macedonia). Sarah Gil has taken care of moving us to her experience through text and photos.

Erasmus + experience in Romania. From June 5 to 12, Marta, Bea and Sara represented MUNDUS in the "Peers for Peace" training course that took place in Arad, Romania. This project aims to raise awareness about the factors that determine discrimination based on religious beliefs. In November, the same international participants will travel to Macedonia to complete the second part of this interesting project. We leave you with his chronicle and photos.

Volunteering in Belgium. We are looking for volunteers over 18 years old (without age limit) who want to help and be part of the community of L´Arche Internationale en Bruselas, a center of attention and coexistence for people with functional diversity. This project is not an EVS (so if you have already done one you can also request it) but it covers basic expenses (travel, accommodation, food, pocket money, language course ...). Read on to learn more and know how to send us your request.

Erasmus + experience in Italy. From May 16 to 24, Robert, Soufyane, Toñi, Marta, Raquel and Roberto represented MUNDUS in the "SoulKitchen" youth exchange that took place in Savigno, a small Italian town near Bologna. What was intended was that young people from different European countries live together and exchange experiences around gastronomy. A scrub project. Erasmus + experience in Romania. From May 16 to 27, Carolina, Hugo, Gustavo and Saul represented MUNDUS in the "CultRural Experiment" youth exchange that took place in Milcoveni, a small Romanian town near the border with Serbia. What was intended was that young people from different European countries live together and exchange experiences in rural areas, experiencing what life is like away from the mundane noise of the city. This course took place last March, from March 21 to 26, in Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelona) where the Mundus Association has its physical headquarters and where it carries out regular cooperation with the public non-formal education system, carrying out a training process for the international mobility of its students through Erasmus + professional training practices.

Youth Exchange in Bulgaria. From May 3 to 12, Estefanía, Jian Ye, Ariadna and Carlos, represented MUNDUS in "Eco Footprint", an Erasmus + youth exchange organized by the NGO Focus in Pazardjik, a small Bulgarian town. The Mundus Association organized last weekend, May 13 and 14, a training event for more than 70 boys and girls from the different public vocational centers of Santa Coloma de Gramenet to prepare them for their internship abroad.

From the Insitut Puig Castellar, Insitut Les Vinyes, Insitut La Bastida and Grameimpuls, this summer, these students will leave for different European countries to make an internship stay of between 30 and 60 days in a foreign company. Poland, Italy, Macedonia, Germany and Malta are some of the destinations.

Erasmus + experience in Turkey. From April 2 to 14, Berta participated with Mundus in the Erasmus + “Take a Risk” training course in Marmaris, Turkey. Here below we leave the testimony and photos of Berta in this experience.

Today we introduce you to our partner Joana Maria, 23, who is doing with us a European Voluntary Service. She arrived at the Mundus Association 3 months ago from Lisbon, and since then she collaborates with us in the communication section. The second part of the Erasmus + “Empower Enrtepreneurial Spirit” project, coordinated by Association Non-formal Education-Poland, took place between March 25 and 30 in Krapinske Toplice, Croatia. The seminar involved 10 organizations, including Mundus, with 30 people from 10 different countries, as well as the team that led the project.

Marina García wanted to share with us how she participated in the Erasmus Laboratory project in Romania. With 22 years he went to discover a country that, despite the adversities, has ended up loving. As he tells us, he has lived an experience that has helped him learn from his profession, which is teaching.
