Erasmus + company. Drolimsa is a marketing and distribution company for cleaning products that collaborates with Mundus Association to host European internship students through the Erasmus + program. This week we talked with the people responsible for the tutoring to find out how the experience went.

In may, the Erasmus+ training course "From Crisis to Chance" was held in Lisbon. It was about emergency pedagogy, which is a way to deal with personal feelings after a trauma or a crisis has happened. Mundus sent Elena, Emma and Jesús, three participants who are involved in the field of education and youth work. There, they learnt new methodologies and techniques to work with people who has suffered a trauma or a crisis. In this testimony, they go deep in explaining how the experience was. 

Illustration contest. Asociación Mundus announces the winning proposal of the I Illustration Contest "Illustrate your Mundus", an initiative that aimed to promote the participation of people who collaborate or want to collaborate with Mundus through design and illustration. The winning image, by Carmen Robles Fernández (Granada, 1994), will be printed in the new edition of the association's tote bags.

Erasmus+ training course in Italy. Lola, Lourdes, Angel and Natalia. Four people, each one from a different corner in Spain, came together to participate in an Erasmus+ project on visual facilitation during the month of May. There, they found, in addition to young people from many parts of Europe, many challenges, and the opportunity to learn about many different aspects. Do not miss their beautiful words.

Irene Felices, Alberto Castro y Cathaysa Martin are three youth from Spain who are realizing a European Voluntary Service in Romania, with the organization Youth Community Association (ACT). They are collaborating with other volunteers from all over Europe in the ACT Together project, which promotes the dissemination of European volunteer programs at the local level.

European Solidarity Corps vacancies. Mundus Association is looking for 22 ESC volunteers 18-30 years old for a long term European Voluntary Service project which will take place from September 2019 to June 2020 (10 months) in Barcelona and surrounding areas.

Paula, Oriol and David are the names of the three participants that we have sent this month to several cities in Lithuania to be part of the Tutorial training course. CONTEST. Asociación Mundus is looking for travel artists who would like to tell their own stories as through the art of drawing by telling their adventures while in a mobility project . We are launching the first edition of the contest “Illustrate your Mundus” with the objective to find a drawing piece to print in our tote bags and recycled notebooks, which will travel around the world. The main topic of the contest is: “Everything I have learnt before, during or after a mobility project”.

Last month the trotamundus Cesc Curto and Raquel Selma participated in the first of the mobilities of the project "No hate speech: Methods and Techniques Combating Hate Speech". In this Erasmus+ training course they worked on methodologies on how to stop and combat the hate speech. Raquel and Cesc have written about their experience and have sent us a wonderful video with the project result.

KA2 Training Course in Belgium. From May 12th to 18th 2019 participated together with CSL Casco Viejo in the training course organised in the framework of the KA2 "My Story Maps" an initiative in the field of education, which took place in Bruges, Belgium. After working with young people in each local community, the teachers went to Belgium to get training on how to use the platform to create digital maps with their students, and transfer this skills to each education institution they work for to fight against school dropout.

Erasmus+ Online Training Course. The Online Training Course for E+ Youth Workers is now available, it is an initiative for youth workers who want to be trained as group leaders for Erasmus+ programme. The course lasts between 35 and 40 hours and it is completely free, thanks to the support of the European Union.

Erasmus+ company. Msisab is material machining company located in Zaragoza, which for almost four years has hosted European students thanks to the Erasmus+ VET programme, allowing them to do an internship in Spain. Erasmus+ VET is the EU education initiative to promote the mobility of vocational students by offering them the possibility of make a training period in a work center in a foreign country. 

Erasmus company + VET. "We wish you good luck and a good trip back home." This is how the TCM team says goodbye to Agnieszka and Tomasz, two Polish students of professional IT training who carried out their Erasmus + VET practices in this Aragonese company that provides training courses and auditing services in the field of industry, laboratory and institutions. 

Erasmus+ Company. Startup Grind Zaragoza is part of our extensive network of companies who host VET students to offer them the opportunity to do an internship abroad in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, in the field of VET. During a four-months internship in Spain, two Polish youngsters, together with their mentor, created an online shop to sell  a device to prevent hackers to attack our privacy through the cameras of our phones, tablets and laptops. 

KA2 - STRATEGIC PROJECTS - Between May 5 and 8, the first of two study visits scheduled in the Edu-Action 2.0 project of international training against early school leaving was held in Tallinn, Estonia. During the visit, the participants visited different centers and institutions in a country where youth work is recognized as a university career.
