Erasmus + training course. From April 30 to May 6, the training course organized by Mundus "We Can Work it Out" is being carried out, a course aimed at people in charge of youth and hosting departments of our partner organizations.

The course is held between Zaragoza and Comarruga, and partners from different countries of Europe participate.

Volunteering in Belgium. We are looking for volunteers over 18 years of age (without age limit) who want to help and build part of the community of L´Arche Internationale en Bruselas, a center of attention and coexistence for people with functional diversity. This project is not an EVS (so if you have already done one you can also apply for it) but it covers basic expenses as well as Erasmus + projects (travel, accommodation, food, pocket money, language course ...). The winners of the Innovation Competition  are the groups led by Amaya Pou (Girona), Victor Aguila (Girona) and Laia Meseguer (Barcelona), the three young people in Bulgaria being trained to develop the projects chosen in the competition that Mundus launched last December.

[Santaco EVS] March: "Potato Chips and Cakes". Hey, we are the volunteers, again. We will be here until August, then you will have to get used to hearing from us. We are everywhere, in four youth centers in Santa Coloma and in one in Barcelona; We are invading your Instagram and Facebook (@evs_santacoloma) with articles and photos. We will become so much in your life that you will love us, yes or yes. This month we have not been for a week; Surely you felt our absence in the windy streets of Santa Cold (as we call Santa Coloma).

Erasmus + training course in Vilanova i la Geltrú. From March 21 to 26, 19 European Volunteer coordinators and tutors from 15 countries in Europe met in Vilanova i la Geltrú to take part in a seminar on how to support European volunteers at the end of the experience.

EVS VACANCIES FOR 2018-2019!

EVS vacancies. Mundus Association is looking for 4 EVS volunteers 18-30 years old (from Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria or France) for a long term European Voluntary Service project which will take place from September 2018 to July 2019 (11 months) in Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelona) and Barcelona city. Depending on volunteer´s profile they will help in different tasks related to activities for youth & children with fewer opportunities or helping in Mundus office with communication, dissemination and visibility in the local community.

Erasmus + VET practices. This weekend has been full of goodbyes and welcome. 59 students from different vocational training centers in Aragon got on a plane or train that took them to their Erasmus destination. There they will spend 1 or 2 months in which they will be fellows in local companies related to their branch of professional training. MUNDUS has acted as a shipping partner for educational centers, making possible the process of preparation, search for companies and other logistic aspects of mobility.

Erasmus + VET practices. On February 19, the foreign language and culture classes that the Mundus Association offers to FP students in Barcelona began. Classes are taught at the CRJ Mas Fonollar in Santa Coloma de Gramenet and are aimed at young people from different educational centers that this year will march to a European country to do 1 or 2 months of professional practices.

[Santaco EVS] February: "Snow on Palm Trees".  We expected sun and heat in Spain. The day we arrived a cold breeze welcomed us as we lit the small stoves offered by Jonathan, the maintenance man of our building, multifunctional and omnipresent both in our thoughts and the streets of Santa Coloma de Gramenet, the city next to Barcelona That will be our house until August.

Paula, 31, a native of origin, inveterate and passionate traveler of the sparrows, is the culprit that the students of Aragón formative cycles leave Erasmus to do their internships abroad. She started working at the Zaragoza office a little over three months ago, and among the students she is already famously known as "Paula Mundus". Want to know more?

My Erasmus + VET Experience. Renata and Alicjia are two Polish students of a computer training cycle. Both together with other colleagues have spent the first weeks of 2018 in Zaragoza doing internships in different companies in Zaragoza. In your case they have been helping and learning in Grupo SIRT. These students belong to the technical school  Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych im. Adama Mickiewicza w Lubaniu.

Manu Stefanescu is 19 years old and is Romanian and lives in Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelona). Two years ago he signed up at his vocational training institute to do an Erasmus + internship. Erasmus + VET. About 60 Aragonese students are preparing to leave Erasmus next month. All of them have met in Zaragoza, where they have shared a training weekend organized by MUNDUS. The scholarship will allow them to do internships in their professional sector in countries such as Holland, Slovenia, Macedonia or France, among others.

On February 7, 5 new European volunteers arrived from Italy, Austria, Hungary and France to help MUNDUS and other organizations in Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Barcelona until August 2018.

They are 🇮🇹 Rebecca, 🇦🇹Selin, 🇭🇺Sára ,🇮🇹Capa (Nicola) and 🇫🇷Guillaume, and they arrive through our Erasmus + projects "ReactEVS" and "Rodalies de Europa II".
