Strategic projects. Within the framework of the key action 2 of strategic education associations of the Erasmus + program, the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE) organized the follow-up sessions to support and give guidelines to the organizations benefiting from the program. Asociación Mundus attended the conference, which took place in Madrid, as coordinators of the KA2 project Better and Easier Lifelong Learning (BELLE),
an initiative to improve the quality of adult education.

EAfA. Last Friday, March 22, Mundus Association was crowned as a new member of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA),a network of European agents involved in improving the quality of practical training in Europe. Mundus has joined EAfA as an organization that works every day to improve professional training through internships in European companies.

Online training course. We launched the online training course aimed at group leaders of Erasmus + youth exchanges. It is a course between 35 and 40 hours 100% online and free aimed at anyone in the field of youth who wants to know a little more in depth the world of exchanges and tools to develop the role of group leader in European projects of youth

The first weeks of the ACT - Action Change Things project have already passed. Our volunteers Marta Aparicio, Inés Peinado, Elisabet Clariana and Belen Hafner have already completed the preparation, adaptation and part of the training planned in the project. We tell you how the first weeks of this project went.

The exchange "Empower Vulnerable Youth: Theater, Creative Writing and Emotions in Focus" is the second part of a two-phase project organized by the Belgian association Art of the Box with the collaboration of Volunteers Center Skopje NGO. Their participants tell us in this joint chronicle how their experience in the project was: the fears they were with, what they learned, the activities they did and how it was, in general, this life-changing experience.

Last Wednesday, February 20, Mundus held a mobility workshop for young people with fourteen students in the second year of the CFGM of Hairdressing Center. The objective of this workshop was to publicize the short-term mobility opportunities offered by the Erasmus + program to young residents.

The trotamundus Dylan Velasco tells us his experience in the training course "The IDEA", which was held in Lefkada in January. He, Margarita and Belén were our ambassador team in Greece in a project that used theatrical techniques as methods of social inclusion. An experience full of adventures that you can read here.

Novelty CES. Now you can answer all your questions about the European Solidarity Corps on www.cuerpoeuropeodesolidaridad.com, a Mundus portal to centralize information related to this new European Commission program. The ESC, also known as ESC for its acronym in English, replaces the well-known European Voluntary Service.

Language classes are started for people who benefit from an Erasmus + scholarship who will do their internships abroad. Classes are in Italian and French English and are taught at Mas Fonollar, in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, by mostly native people.

Quique Miana, director of Mundus in Zaragoza, visits AXXEL, a Finnish VET center, with which we collaborate by sending and hosting vocational training students. This center is a benchmark in the training of VET students in the Nordic country.

Last weekend, the "A Europa, thus" training coexistence took place, in which more than one hundred young people from vocational training institutes in Aragon, La Rioja and Tarragona met. The objective was to prepare young people who will carry out an internship mobility starting in March in companies from different European countries in their professional branches. Asociación Mundus, as a reference in European mobility programs in Aragon, was the organizer and responsible for carrying out the workshops and dynamics.

The long-term Edu-Action 2.0 project starts in Palermo. For two days, representatives of the associations participating in this strategic project to prevent and avoid school dropout have met in Palermo to study the lines of action and plan the activities of this two-year project.

What can happen when 46 artists from ten different countries come together in a youth exchange about dance? We already show you some of the results of this cocktail in this video. Erasmus + VET. This week we received in Zaragoza the first group of vocational students who will do their internships in Aragon thanks to the Erasmus + VET (Vocational and Educational Training) program. They are the first group of 2019, a year in which we expect to receive around 1,000 European students.
