The seminar involved 10 organizations, including Mundus, with 30 people from 10 different countries, as well as the team that led the project.

The main objective of the project was to educate in social entrepreneurship and the strength of entrepreneurship among young people. During the days that lasted, the participants shared the results of the local tasks carried out in their community between two international project events. The first project was organized in Olsztynek (Poland) in September 2016.

The second project went on for 6 days. On the first day they presented communication and creativity workshops led by young volunteers in their home cities, as well as Power Point presentations and films about social initiatives in their regions. It was a very informative, inspiring and exciting day.

The second day was dedicated to knowing the circle of social entrepreneurship - why become an entrepreneur, what are the barriers to success, what are the similarities and differences between social and regular entrepreneurship, etc -. Then the participants worked on the characteristics of the leader of the social enterprise and analyzed the relationship between the characteristics of entrepreneurial and human skills. In the end, participants analyzed the roles of team members at the individual level - collaborator, communicator, contributors, rival - and discussed the correlation between the teamwork process and team roles. At the end of the day, they watched an inspiring movie about business success: JOY.

The third day was dedicated to work on the idea of business development. We worked with 3 representative business cases from Zagreb and Baranya, region of Croatia. Organizations and companies were invited to explain their business model and the difficulties they have had to face in carrying out their business strategy. Participants worked in groups to generate ideas, create solutions and carry out SWOT analysis for cases. The results of the work of the groups were very useful and productive. The representatives of the invited companies were impressed by the level of creativity, motivation and dedication of the international group with the role of consultants.

On the fourth and fifth day they were dedicated to creating a guide for young workers, based on the activities implemented by the participants during local projects in their local communities. We also worked on the content of the catalog of social companies, discovering key actions of Erasmus + and creating project ideas to cooperate in the future. The participants showed an exceptional commitment to their tasks.

The sixth day was dedicated to get to know the Erasmus + program better and to work on project ideas of the Erasmus + participants. We also dedicate some time for a final evaluation and the dissemination of the project in social networks.
