Proyecto estratégico. Together for a Better VET es un partenariado estratégico (KA2) financiado por el programa Erasmus+ que busca aumentar el potencial para implementar proyectos en el sector VET para cada una de las organizaciones asociadas dentro de la asociación.

Objectives
The main objective of the project is to increase the potential to implement projects in the VET sector for each of the partner organizations within the association. This objective will be implemented by completing the specific objectives:
a) Development and implementation of training for the preparation of teachers as companions during the professional mobility of students in the VET sector.
b) Development and use in later projects of the Guide for people who carry out the functions of companions during the professional mobility of students in the VET sector
c) Exchange of good practices related to professional mobility projects in the VET sector and inclusion of the best in the activities carried out by each partner
The main focus group of the activities will be the partner organizations within the association, the institutions dealing with the reception of international vocational students and the institutions
Send your students to these activities.
Results
The following tangible results will be prepared as part of the project:
a) The Guide for people who carry out functions of companions during the professional mobility of students in the VET sector (produced in Polish, Spanish, Italian and English)
b) Training to prepare teachers as chaperones during professional mobility of students in the VET sector (prepared in English and Polish)
The project will implement 6 international partner meetings and 4 short-term courses for employees of the participating organizations. In total, 66 mobilities will be carried out.
The project will also allow the exchange of good practices and will make each organization implement min. 2 new procedures as part of projects implemented in the VET sector.
In the long term, the project will contribute to improving the quality of projects implemented by partner institutions in the VET sector, building a broader partnership and increasing the
competencies of partner employees.
