Strategic projects. Within the framework of the key action 2 of strategic education associations of the Erasmus + program, the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE) organized the follow-up sessions to support and give guidelines to the organizations benefiting from the program. Asociación Mundus attended the conference, which took place in Madrid, as coordinators of the KA2 project Better and Easier Lifelong Learning (BELLE),
an initiative to improve the quality of adult education.

Volunteering in France. From Mundus we are looking for a volunteer to perform a French Civil Service in the city of Pau, France, from September 2018 to February 2019. Any young person between 18 and 25 years old with residence in Spain can participate in this volunteer, which is compatible with having performed a European Voluntary Service.

Erasmus + training course. From April 30 to May 6, the training course organized by Mundus "We Can Work it Out" is being carried out, a course aimed at people in charge of youth and hosting departments of our partner organizations.

The course is held between Zaragoza and Comarruga, and partners from different countries of Europe participate.

Volunteering in Belgium. We are looking for volunteers over 18 years of age (without age limit) who want to help and build part of the community of L´Arche Internationale en Bruselas, a center of attention and coexistence for people with functional diversity. This project is not an EVS (so if you have already done one you can also apply for it) but it covers basic expenses as well as Erasmus + projects (travel, accommodation, food, pocket money, language course ...). Erasmus + contest. Would you like to carry out a project to promote one of the Sustainable Development Goals in your local community? We are looking for youth groups from the provinces of Barcelona and Girona with ideas to help improve the planet and the society of the future. Present your idea before February 20 and if you are selected you will participate in an international training course (Bulgaria, April 2018) and we will help you to carry out your idea (€ 1,000 per project). One project will be awarded per province. Dont miss the chance! This initiative belongs to LACE for SDG, a project funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus + program.

Practiq'EU Scholarships - TLN Mobilicat. After receiving more than 150 applications to participate in the Practiq’EU - TLN MOBILICAT project for young people benefiting from the Youth Guarantee, the MUNDUS team has already selected the 25 participants who will be part of this initiative.

The Mundus Association organized last weekend, May 13 and 14, a training event for more than 70 boys and girls from the different public vocational centers of Santa Coloma de Gramenet to prepare them for their internship abroad.

From the Insitut Puig Castellar, Insitut Les Vinyes, Insitut La Bastida and Grameimpuls, this summer, these students will leave for different European countries to make an internship stay of between 30 and 60 days in a foreign company. Poland, Italy, Macedonia, Germany and Malta are some of the destinations.

A group of EVS's have just launched a crowdfunding campaign to finance a documentary about the situation of refugees. The project, which will focus on the European countries where the largest refugee camps are located, aims to awaken sleeping consciences and show us the humanitarian crisis faced by people fleeing from their countries of origin, whether due to war or because of the social conditions that live there. The benefits they get with the documentary will go to NGOs that work with refugees and in immigration camps.

Ruth, lived from November to December 2016 an experience of job shadowing in a Russian youth association. Through a text and some photos, she brings us closer to her experience and tells us how her adventure was.
