KA2 strategic project. The training course "Getting started to support WBL mobilities" is held in Zaragoza from June 9 to 15, one of the planned activities of the KA2 project of which we are part,, "WBL: the entrance to professional future". This is an initiative funded by the Erasmus + program to help organizations in the field of youth and education to create a European network and expand mobility opportunities so that young people can improve their professional profile.
The training course, organized by Horizon Pro Consult (Bulgaria) with the support of Mundus since it has been carried out in Zaragoza, has aimed to familiarize organizations with the management of projects that provide mobility opportunities to young people. Throughout the course, tools have been given so that the participating entities can end up acting as a bridge between the field of training and the labor market through learning opportunities for young people.
In this way, youth workers can become referents in their local contexts in the empowerment of young people to participate in learning activities through work experience. Work has been done around the funding opportunities offered by the European Union, especially the Erasmus + program, and in the creation of a work network that can finally design and implement educational mobility projects together.
The training course has taken a tour of the Erasmus + program, the writing of projects, the implementation of mobility activities and the visit of practical cases in companies that host young people in practice. One of the companies visited has been Bauhaus.
