The first day in a new job is always hard, but imagine getting a job you don't know how to do.

This is the story of a first day that repeated over and over for more than 2 months. My day as the photographer and video maker for Bari in Jazz, a festival where you can find either 800 people or 7 random guys who didn't pay, iconic theatres or parking lots, but what no one ever found was the community manager.

But for real, Bari in Jazz is a huge project with the goal of taking new music to every corner of the Puglia region, in the south of Italy. They hosted almost 30 venues, including more than 50 artists from all over the world, films and documentaries about jazz and even photo exposition (No, mine weren't there... but I got to hang them).
