Intercambio juvenil Erasmus+ en Rumanía. Seven young people marched with Mundus to Romania this month to participate in the Youth Decide project on youth and political participation in Bacau (Romania). The group has been reflecting with young people from six European countries on the role of Europe's youth in the face of the upcoming European Parliament elections.
On April 3, 2019, seven young people from Spain took a plane to Bacau, a city located in the historic region of Moldova, Romania. There we met 50 young people from 6 different countries, including Italy, Malta, Portugal, Finland, Greece and Romania.
The purpose of this project, promoted by the European Commission, was for different young people from various countries to meet to discuss the participation of young people in the 2019 European elections. In addition to addressing issues such as fake news, diversity cultural, knowledge of European institutions, youth mobility, European citizenship, etc.
In addition to learning and discussing these issues, there is a great opportunity to interact with young people from different parts of Europe. We shared for two weeks unique and unforgettable experiences, including the excursion to Dracula's Castle in Transylvania, which was one of the most fun experiences during our stay.
Undoubtedly, this project has helped us grow professionally and personally, and has left us great friendships throughout Europe! So we hope that this trip that we have started in Romania will continue throughout Europe and other parts of the world.
