Quique Miana, director of Mundus in Zaragoza, visits AXXEL, a Finnish VET center, with which we collaborate by sending and hosting vocational training students. This center is a benchmark in the training of VET students in the Nordic country.

Last week, our director Quique Miana visited the AXXEL VET center in Finland, a reference institution with which we collaborated, hosting students to carry out Erasmus + VET interneship in companies within Aragon.

AXXEL is a large vocational school with nine VET centers located in different parts of Finland. MUNDUS hosts AXXEl students from different sectors: animal care, tourist services, educators or mechatronics, among others.

The main objective of the visit was to improve the quality procedures between Mundus and them, by knowing in detail the learning outcomes of the professions, the local culture and the profiles of the students.

At the same time, AXXEL also welcomes students from the centers with which to collaborate. Therefore, thanks to this visit we have been able to better explore the conditions of accommodation and access that our students will find there once the Erasmus mobility takes place.
