EVS testimony. We are still receiving news from Craiova, where Irene Felices, Alberto Castro and Cathaysa Esther Martin are carrying out their volunteer project, which aims to promote the same volunteering and support young people to find their project and help them join the European Solidarity Corps.

The beginning of the third month of the project was provided with the European Week, from May 6 to 9, and volunteers were proposed to address this issue in a broader spectrum in the institutions. During this week, volunteers conducted interviews with some beneficiaries, as well as other volunteers. These interviews related to topics such as the European Union, our organization as a continent and the personal perception and perspective of democracy in Europe. They were recorded and published on Europe Day, on May 9 on the social platforms with which they used to work as Facebook or Instagram.

Part of the team was, at the same time, having their training on arrival in Bucharest, during the first week after the holidays, where they received support to help them support their universities, team performance, personal development and be more prepared to face the challenges of the project.

After the first presentation in Bals, the work continues in this school with the following steps, the explanation of the necessary details about the European Solidarity Corps, with the whole process of becoming a volunteer and the fundamental ways to enroll in the platform of ESC. The work to reach the maximum of young people does not stop. An example of this are the schools where volunteers started working during this month. Liceul Voltaire, Technical School of Energy, Tudor Arghezi High School, Scoala Gimnaziala Traian and Tudor Arghezi High School in Segarcea. In all these institutions, the volunteers began to present the association, after the presentation of themselves and the project they are working with, and activities related to the objectives of the project began. During the last weeks of the month, all these institutions had the opportunity to receive the ACT Together team in person.

Depending on your specifications, the method for establishing meetings and activities has been adapted and built to reach the maximum potential of the project objectives. Interviews, debates and interactive games have been examples of some methods used. Since proactive activity and ambition do not stop, the volunteers also made an approach to the University of Craiova, so they can also possibly become a community of interest with which to collaborate.

All potential interested beneficiaries have been directed to receive additional support regarding possible enrollment as future volunteers. To do this, ACT Together volunteers received some beneficiaries in their office, in order to complement doubts, curiosities, questions and additional information that could help. To be clearer about local or international volunteer opportunities.

In the coming weeks they will be kept informed about the life of volunteering, the promotion of ESC, they will try to enroll more volunteers in the Solidarity Corps platform and they will reach as many young people as possible.
