The results of the ARTEM focus groups published
Strategic projects. The ARTEM partner organizations - Pistes Solidaries, Replay Network, CATRO, Verein Multikulturell, Vifin, Mundus Association, l'Accorderie and Pina - have presented the results report on the first action of the project. This is a research and focus group phase to determine what are the impressions of newly arrived migrants in Europe and workers in this area regarding the tools of inclusion in society as active citizens of the EU.
This is a project co-funded by Erasmus + through the European Commission.
The first phase of ARTEM was to conduct research on the tools available in the countries participating in the project in question of integration in the host country and programs available for newcomers to comply with the integration.
A part of the research has been carried out through an inventory of existing practices in each country to help newcomers and / or residents in the acquisition of intercultural and language skills for integration.
At the same time, three focus groups have been carried out in each country, two with migrants and one with workers in the migrant reception sector, to identify in a practical and first-hand way what practices are the ones that work best.
The result of these actions has been compiled in a report for consultation and use in subsequent phases of the project.
