At the end of July we were in Budapest, at the European Youth Center, meeting with other European entities in order to share tools to optimize and standardize the quality assessment of European mobility projects. In this event, an app and a manual to carry out the evaluations were presented, and different action plans were worked on for its use and dissemination to multiply its impact.

Ana Cáceres, the technical director of the Mundus office in Barcelona was invited to participate in this event organized by the Youth Partnership of the Council of Europe and the European Commission at the European Youth Center in Budapest. It brought together representatives of social entities and institutions from all over Europe for the official presentation of two very useful tools for the evaluation of European mobility projects, which represent the core of Mundus' activity.

The first one is the Manual de la Calidad de las Movilidades de Aprendizaje (Manual of Learning Mobility Quality). This document establishes a series of principles and indicators that serve organizations that work with European international mobility projects, such as Mundus, to review different parts of a project, its success, its correctness and its impact, among others. The second is an app that helps in the drafting of projects and offers the possibility of standardizing criteria and processes between European entities that collaborate on common projects.

Both the manual and the app are very useful tools, not only for their content, but for the amount of external resources they offer as a complement.

From Mundus we value very positively the participation in this multiplier event, of which we were one of the two entities chosen throughout Spain. These tools, as well as all the resources that we were able to know thanks to the attendees, have an impact on the improvement of the quality of our work and determine the continuity of Mundus as a reference entity in the mobility of young people with learning objectives throughout Europe .
