Irene Felices, Alberto Castro y Cathaysa Martin are three youth from Spain who are doing a European Voluntary Service in Romania, with the organisation Youth Community Association (ACT). They are collaborating with other volunteers from all over Europe in the ACT Together project, which promotes the dissemination of European volunteer programs at the local level.

The third month of the project, after the Easter holidays, began with the European Week, from May 6 to 9. Volunteers were suggested to address this issue in a broader spectrum in the institutions. During this week, Irene Felices, Alberto Castro and Cathaysa Martin, together with the rest of the volunteer team, interviewed some beneficiaries, as well as other volunteers. These interviews had to do with issues such as the European Union and the perception and personal perspective on democracy in Europe. These interviews were published on Europe Day, on May 9, on the social platforms with which they used to work, such as Facebook or Instagram.

After conducting workshops on the European Solidarity Corps and its role within European associations, the ACT Together volunteer group began their collaboration in schools such as the Liceul Voltaire, the Technical School of Energy, the Tudor Arghezi High School, the School Gimnaziala Traian and Tudor Arghezi High School in Segarcea. In all these institutions, the volunteers began to present the association, after the presentation of themselves and the project with which they are working, and started the activities related to the project's objectives. During the last weeks of the month, all these institutions had the opportunity to receive the ACT Together team in person.

Depending on your specifications, the method for establishing meetings and activities have been adapted and constructed to achieve the maximum potential of the project objectives. Interviews, debates and interactive games are examples of some of the methods used. As proactivity and ambition do not stop, the volunteers also made an approach to the University of Craiova, which can also become a community of interest in which they can collaborate.
