Language classes are started for people who benefit from an Erasmus + scholarship who will do their internships abroad. Classes are in Italian and French English and are taught at Mas Fonollar, in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, by mostly native people.

In February, the language preparation classes for vocational students who will carry out their internships abroad with an Erasmus + scholarship have started. These students, who will spend between one and three months in a European country working in their professional sector, have the opportunity to receive classes in the vehicle language with which they will communicate.

These are language sessions that will provide them with the necessary knowledge about the language and culture that will welcome them from the month of May during their Erasmus + stay. The classes combine language teaching methodologies to use with others of non-formal education, so that their knowledge about the culture of their destination countries also grows. The idea is that they have the basic tools to defend themselves in the language of their country of destination during the duration of the internship, but also that their interest in language learning and awareness of the personal, social and professional benefits of knowing other languages.

There will be 82 people who, at different times, will pass through the Mas Fonollar center in Santa Coloma de Gramenet every week to receive English, French and Italian classes. The classes are taught by nine people, mostly natives, who collaborate in Mundus, who will not only bring their language but also share cultural aspects of the host countries with the participants.

The classes are aimed at the student beneficiaries of Erasmus + Vocational Training scholarships of the Catalan institutes Les Vinyes, Puig i Castellar and La Bastida (they form a FP mobility consortium of Santa Coloma), La Ferreria, Ribot i Serra, Cavall Bernat, Escola de Treball, Jaume Mimó, López Vicuña and Escola Pia de Balmes.
