Cookery, Bartending & Hostelry

Zaragoza and Aragón count on a wide variety of bars, restaurants and hotels where it is possible to develop a complete Erasmus+ VET internship. Mundus has created a reliable network of places where international students can have a complete learning experience.

What will the student do?

In an Erasmus+ VET hostelry internship, the student will give support at performing operations of receipt, storage and preservation of food; he or she will learn how to use the equipment and tools available in a professional kitchen; he or she will have the chance to prepare culinary products and present them in a professional way and learn how to comply with health and safety regulations, as well as act in accordance with the hygiene and sanitations law. Regarding hostelry, they will learn how a hotel works: from administration to hospitality, the intern may take part on different steps of the project.
