The exchange "Empower Vulnerable Youth: Theater, Creative Writing and Emotions in Focus" is the second part of a two-phase project organized by the Belgian association Art of the Box with the collaboration of Volunteers Center Skopje NGO. Their participants tell us in this joint chronicle how their experience in the project was: the fears they were with, what they learned, the activities they did and how it was, in general, this life-changing experience. 

Last Wednesday, February 20, Mundus held a mobility workshop for young people with fourteen students in the second year of the CFGM of Hairdressing Center. The objective of this workshop was to publicize the short-term mobility opportunities offered by the Erasmus + program to young residents.

The trotamundus Dylan Velasco tells us his experience in the training course "The IDEA", which was held in Lefkada in January. He, Margarita and Belén were our ambassador team in Greece in a project that used theatrical techniques as methods of social inclusion. An experience full of adventures that you can read here.

What can happen when 46 artists from ten different countries come together in a youth exchange about dance? We already show you some of the results of this cocktail in this video. Now, Dahiana Córdoba, the leader of the team that we send from Mundus, tells us from within the experience in this beautiful text in which no detail escapes her. Wonderful, great team!

Mediation and conflict resolution are key aspects in many of our work. Therefore, in the training course "Let's mediate", which was held at the end of last year in the United Kingdom, focused on it. Our partner Abril Olmedo and Maite Aguirrezabal were the representatives of Mundus in this formation. On the way back, they have told us how the experience has been, what they have learned and what it will do for their work and daily life. Let's mediate!

Sara and Luis have been at the seminar "Volunteering: Step forward to Entrepreneurship and Employability", which was held at the end of November in Struga (Macedonia). This mobility was the second part of a project that aimed to generate support tools for European volunteers in the field of entrepreneurship and youth employability. On the way back, Sara, one of our friends with more experience in youth projects with the Erasmus + program has shared with us her experience.

Training course in Girona. From November 10 to 16, Mundus organized the Erasmus + "Sharing our KnEUledge" training course, a project for youth workers from around Europe to learn about the Erasmus + program and how to apply it to their local organizations and projects.

This is a project co-financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus + program and with the support of the City Council of Girona and the Xarxa d'Albergs de Catalunya (XANASCAT).

Sharing our KnEULedge. During the training course "Sharing our KnEUledge" funded by Erasmus+ that took place in Girona, the participants created this quick guide on the steps to follow to do an Erasmus+ projects from an organisations point of view. 

Our trotamndus Alvaro has just returned from Thessaloniki with many things to tell. He was there from 18th to 25th November in an Erasmus+ training course called "Together on Refugees Highway", for youth workers to learn inclusion tools to work with young migrants. The team seems to be very satisfied. Have a look on their testimony!

Erasmus + project in Macedonia. In October, we sent Anna, Emma, Paula and Rocío to the "Empower Vulnerable Youth: Theater, Creative Writing and Emotions in Focus" training course, which took place during a week in Struga (Macedonia). Upon their return, they have sent us some photos, stories and impressions that they have collected in this testimony. Discover how this course on theater and emotions was as a means of empowering the most vulnerable youth.

At the end of November, the Mundus Association was participating in the From BCN to Món and del Món to BCN campaign, organized by the International Mobility Advisory Office of the Barcelona City Council. Among the different activities that were carried out, we participated in the workshop "Youth Exchanges: an enriching and economical way to explore Europe", which was attended by 30 young people interested in participating in a youth exchange.

Erasmus + project in Romania. Job GPS II has been a project aimed at young people between 16 and 24 who have participated in a youth exchange on employability and job opportunities in Horezu (Romania). Our participants David Rubiales and Pau Pérez have told us on their return how the experience has been and their personal impressions.

Erasmus + project in Italy. Between September 24 and October 2, 2018, the Youth Front youth exchange took place, in which a group of young people enjoyed an experience of international mobility within the Erasmus + program, funded by the European Union. The project aimed to "transform borders into opportunities to get closer to what differentiates us". On the way back, the participants have told us firsthand their experience.

Erasmus + project in Poland and Finland. Between August 18 and 26, 2018 in Poland, and between September 30 and October 6 in Finland, You (th) and Business took place, an Erasmus + project composed of two mobilities with the aim of enhancing knowledge of Entrepreneurship strategies for young people and encourage private initiative among youth. Reina and Toni have participated in this Erasmus-funded project and tell us their impressions.

Exchange in Romania. The project, MULTICULTURAL EUROPE (MEU) brought together 50 young people from Spain, Italy, Romania, France and Poland who lived together for ten days. The project was implemented by Pro Dezvoltare DACIA association of Romania for September 1 to 10 in Calimanesti, Romania.
