Ciao a Tuttii!!

My name is Alejandra Hidalgo and I am 27 years old. I was born in Caracas - Venezuela but I have lived in Valencia - Spain for 10 years, so Valencian at heart.

A year ago I started with the adventure of looking for an EVS and I say adventure because there are so many possibilities and places to go that your head starts to wander. But well I focused on those that related to my career, Audiovisual, and I did many interviews, around six, until the morning of January 15 that gave me the great news. I'm going to Paleermoooo!

The organization in which I will work these next 9 months is CESIE in Palermo, which is responsible for promoting growth through innovative and participatory educational approaches. I will lend my support in the communication department, performing tasks associated with Online Communication: analyzing, planning and managing communication campaigns on web platforms, social networks, etc.

I keep counting the days to be on this wonderful island and discover each of its corners. I know that I can learn a lot from this experience and from the people I know there. As advice I tell you not to get discouraged, the road is difficult but if you are sure you want to do it, you will get it. And fears keep them in a drawer because they don't help at all.
