The Trampoline project is part of the European program of cross-border cooperation Interriego VA Spain-France-Andorra (POCTEFA) 2014-2020, created to promote the sustainable development of the border territory of Spain, France and Andorra, and aimed at strengthening economic integration and social of this area.
In addition to the CRIJ of Toulouse-Midi Pyrénnées, which leads the project, the Directorate General for Youth and the Youth Office of the Alt Urgell participate as active partners in the project. In addition, the SOC is associated to advise on some of the phases of the project related to the professional mobility of young people.
Trampoline is a cross-border cooperation project to promote the training and mobility of young people in the Pyrenees between Catalonia, Aragon, Andorra and Midi Pyrénnées. Its main objective is to increase the number of young people who enter the labor market for the first time.
The aim is, on the one hand, to improve the adaptation to the labor market of education and training systems, facilitating the transition from education to the world of work; and on the other, to reinforce the structures that support young people, such as the Youth Information Centers and the public guidance and employment services.
The Trampoline project foresees, among others, the following actions:
TRAMPOLINE mobilizes professionals of information, employment, orientation, training and popular education to build a network of actors to better inform and support young people in their cross-border mobility. The partners of the project are the CRIJ Occitanie, the Catalan Agency of the Joventut (Generalitat de Catalunya), the Consell de l'Alt Urgell, the Department of Joventut and Voluntariat of the Government of Andorra (Ministeri de Cultura, Joventut i Esports), the Juvenile Information Center of Zaragoza, the Youth Information Offices of Ariège and Pyrénées Orientales. The objective of the project was to evaluate the work done so far and define the content that will be developed in the next stages. The year 2019 will be marked by the implementation of awareness and information actions for young people, as well as training sessions on mobility and access to cross-border jobs for professionals. TRAMPOLINE will present the results of two studies at the beginning of the year. In addition, the project foresees the development of a system of bidding consultation in the territory (employment, internships, scholarships, volunteering) and the proposal of a joint double BAFA training / Free Time Monitor, a key sector for the first work experiences youth.
